LICENSE AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

WebGalleryMagic is a shareware program. You can evaluate unregistered 
version of this software indefinitely. You must register in order to 
be able to create Websites or Archives without the embedded watermark.


1. DISTRIBUTION

WebGalleryMagic is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is 
expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The author will not be 
liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of 
loss while using or misusing this software.

This shareware software may be freely distributed, provided that: 

- Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by 
Hi-Med Software & Engineering. You may not alter, delete or add any 
files in the distribution archive. 

- The distribution does not include your User Name, Purchase ID 
and Registration Key given to you at the time of purchase. 
In particular, you may not distribute a registered version of this 
software. 

-No money is charged to the person receiving the software, 
beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead. 

2. LICENSE

All copyrights to WebGalleryMagic are exclusively owned by the author.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
WebGalleryMagic on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal 
purpose, at a time. The registered WebGalleryMagic software may not be 
rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person 
receiving it agrees to terms of this license. 

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result 
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result 
in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Hi-Med, WebGalleryMagic names and any logo or graphics file that 
represents our software may not be used in any way to promote other 
products. All parts of this software and products are copyright 
protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample,
text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used
in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the
single user program.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the Author.

Installing and using WebGalleryMagic signifies acceptance of these 
terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
WebGalleryMagic files from your storage devices and cease to use the 
product.
