To run Help, Microsoft's Help Viewer is
required. This is normally part of the Internet Explorer
installation and should work correctly. In the case you can not
see the Help pages (after you hit F1, for instance), please
consider updating your system. Please visit http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/htmlhelp/html/hwMicrosoftHTMLHelpDownloads.asp

V1.1.1 |
- A FTP Site Manager was added to Tab 4. A Site
Manager is a tool that takes a local source folder with all its
files, e.g. a collection of website files and synchronizes it with
a given FTP site directory. According to rules you set using the
FTP Profile button, it will then upload, delete and otherwise
process the remote FTP site files. The result is an automatically
updated website or parts of it each time you change or remove
local files, i.e. a syncronization process is started each time
you hit the Sync! button, with the local folder serving as a
reference to synchronize the remote files. WGM
automatically takes your Destination Folder as the source for
local files. On the FTP site side, it takes the directory
specified in the currently loaded FTP Profile. You can change the
FTP site directory as required. Obviously, you
can add and remove files individually using the Local and Remote
windows as well.
- added is a further Website template
"TopFrame_TopTitle". The Help will describe how you can add as many templates to the selection as
required.

Known issues in the current
version |
|

V1.2.0
All Builds |
- it is possible to start more than one instance of
WGM if the executables are in different folders
- the sliders for Width and Height in the Images
Tab do not react to Home and End keys properly. PgUp, PgDn and
arrow keys work fine. Similar for the ThumbBar slider.
- FTP Site Manager may take a long time to
recognize that an FTP connection has been dropped. If WGM is
connected to an FTP server and appears to be blocked after a
longer inactivity period or during an extremely long upload, this
is normal. You only need to wait for 15-20 seconds and an
appropriate message will appear telling you what to do.
- if the screen flickers a lot during resizing
(which it does with some graphic cards), you can use Desktop / Properties / Effects and switch off the
"show window content while dragging"
box
- with some W98 systems, thumbnails @ 50 and 80
pixels are not shown
- first FTP connect sometimes makes WGM lose focus
on screen
- sometimes shows "Standard Mode - xxx" in the
title even if you are in Express Mode
- Slideshow: sometimes the "Start Again " button is
not displayed correctly
